This big planet Earth has become a small global village and sovereign barriers seems to have vanished. While working in a foreign country, so,e individuals take their families along with them. This situation have both merits as well as demerits however, the pros definitely outweigh the cons.
There are many obvious benefits of going abroad to work with family. To begin with, individuals have more bonding with family. the family relationship are not wrecked by distance.Some couples finally abolish in divorce, as one or both of them cannot endure the long term separation. Secondly, Many people homesick and lonely and therefore cannot sustain in the foreign country and return home.
The utmost point is that children, especially who are in the young ages, need the care from both parents. Childhood is the crucial phase of life and comes only once. If children are deprived of one parent love, it may have a considerable impact on their psyche.Therefore, working abroad with family can provide complete love and care to the children.
On the contrary, there are some flaws of working abroad with families. Firstly, living with family abroad means more expenses. A single person can share a room with someone in the initial stages however a complete family needs a proper house. What is more, all the members may face stress of adaption to alien domain.
